Video: Samsill Launches Custom 3 Ring Binder into Space with Help from Texas A&M

How did you celebrate your anniversary? I guarantee your festivities weren’t a cool as Samsill’s. The office supply brand celebrated its 60th year in business by launching a 3 ring binder into space. And it was awesome.

Samsill teamed up with the Texas A&M High Altitude Balloon Club to attach their binder to a weather balloon and send  beyond the clouds. The binder climbed 96,000 feet into the atmosphere and captured some amazing footage. You can see the binder’s soaring journey from Earth into space, as well as how the Balloon Club set up the rig in the video.
